What if I need printing as well as finishing done?
Chromasheen is a print finishing business and does not print in house. However, we do offer external, competitive and professional printing services for customers who need their images printed first.

In this case, the best way to send us your image is via our file upload form, where you are required to upload an image with your order. If you have any problems uploading your image, please contact us and we can help you through the process.

Alternatively, you can email us your image, or send us a CD with your image together with your instructions and contact details.

If you have a large image file that cannot be uploaded, please contact us and we will suggest another online alternative to upload your image.

Longevity of original or limited edition print finishing

Whilst we use premium materials for our laminating and mounting products, we cannot guarantee the archival longevity of these products due to environmental factors affecting their life span such as: displaying the finished product near windows, heaters, direct light or similar. This might affect the longevity of your finished print and may cause premature damage and fading.

When do I pay for my order?

We contact you via email, phone or SMS and advise you that your order has been approved and when it will be completed. Once we receive payment, your order is sent to you via courier or ready for pick-up from our factory. Under certain circumstances, we may accept other payment options.

How can I pay for my order?

We like to make payment as easy as possible for our customers. That’s why we offer a range of payment options, including Cash, PayPal, Direct Deposit and Credit Card.

Do you offer discounts?

Chromasheen already offers very competitive pricing at the highest quality possible. However, if you are a professional photographer or artist and/or have bulk orders, we are happy to discuss possible discounts with you. Please contact us to discuss your order and ask us about possible discounts.

What if I'm not happy with the result?

Because of our unmatched attention to detail, experience and technical as well as artistic understanding, we can’t imagine that you won’t be, but just in case you are, we offer a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. If you’re unhappy with your finished product, please return it to us within 7 days and we will redo it for free or refund you all costs.

What if I live outside Australia?

We do ship internationally and will inform you of the freight cost and turnaround time before commencing your order.
