All pricing is valid at the time of quotation and may be changed without notice at any time.
Full payment is required on completion of order. An invoice will be provided when you place your order. We accept cash, PayPal and credit card payments or you can pay by cheque or direct deposit. No order will be delivered without having been paid for in full.
Order Service Times
Service times are an estimate only and may vary according to workload. Generally, mounting and laminating only services will be completed in 7 -10 days. For services that include our external printing facilities, please allow an extra 3-5 days plus delivery time.
Mounting and laminating only orders required within a guaranteed 48 hours incur a surcharge of up to 30%. Mounting and laminating only orders required in 24 hours will incur a surcharge of up to 50%. Rush orders are subject to current workload and depend on volume. Some of our product’s turnaround time depends on allowing adhesives to cure properly and must be assessed individually when required sooner than our standard service times. Unfortunately, orders that include our external printing services cannot be rushed due to dependency on external processes.
Delivery & Freight Costs
All freight costs are the responsibility of the client. The minimum Freight Charge is $30.00 but in the event your order costs more than this to freight, we reserve the right to charge the actual freight cost incurred by us. Your order will be delivered by the safest, most cost effective and appropriate way. Delivery time depends on your location but ranges from 1-3 days for all Australian East Coast orders but Central and Western Australian orders may take a little longer.
While our external printing services strive to provide the best colour output possible, we cannot guarantee close colour matching based on screen images without a sample to match to. The printed image will never exactly match what you see on a monitor. Application of lamination may affect or change the appearance of the printed colours slightly. Chromasheen is not liable for the final colour appearance of a laminated product.
Warranty Limitations Disclaimer
We appreciate how important the finish is to the final presentation of your artwork and thank you for your trust in choosing to use us for your mounting and laminating needs. We invest in the latest technology and the highest quality materials to ensure you obtain the best results. If for any reason, you feel that we have not done a satisfactory job please bring it to our attention immediately and we will gladly redo the job at no cost, should there be a fault in material and workmanship.
Customers should note that mounting and laminating is an irreversible process and by its very nature is susceptible to occasional problems from faults in the material and human error. For this reason, we recommend against mounting and laminating expensive originals.
Please note that our mounting and laminating warranty extends to the value of the services and materials supplied by us only and does not include the value of the print. Furthermore, due to limited supplier raw material warranties, our products are released with a 5 year warranty only.
Returns and refunds
Since each order is unique to each customer and has no re-sale value, all sales are final. However, we do offer a Satisfaction Guarantee. In the event that you are not happy with the final product, if we made an error or the order has been damaged before or during transit by our own courier, we will re-do the order for you at no charge (see Warranty Limitations Disclaimer). Chromasheen must be notified within 7 business days of order collection to notify us of any defects discovered in the product. In order to receive replacements, the finished print in question must be returned to Chromasheen.
